Using a letter from an important person in this case used by Action Painters, is used on their website to help achieve more customers through past work with the mayor of Auckland. From this it gives me an idea I could use a similiar thing on a document im creating.
For having quotes from people, sort of like comments on the job done would be a good idea to put on some of the documents I am creating because it will show the future customers the old jobs that have been done and the satisfaction of the old customers from the jobs completed.
